If you need an HRT prescription and don’t have a provider, sign up for a Guest plan and choose a prescriber from our network of more than 3,000 experts — it’s free and only takes about 2 minutes to join.
If you already take HRT, become a member and we’ll help you transfer you prescription and fill it through our partner pharmacy. Enjoy the full benefits of membership, including big savings on your HRT treatments and home delivery, for only $99/year or $12/month.

Do I have to sign up for the whole year?
No. Our monthly membership is only $12/month and provides added flexibility. With the monthly plan, you can fill a 60-day prescription to get started on your treatments and evaluate your experience over time.
Hormone replacement therapy isn’t a quick fix—it may take some people several months to notice improvements. Ongoing monitoring and adjustments with your provider are often needed to ensure your hormone levels remain properly balanced.

No. We choose not to work with insurance companies in an effort to keep HRT accessible and affordable for all. Insurance companies and PBMs (Pharmacy Benefit Managers) often restrict treatments, which increases the cost of medications to you. The HRT Club™ eliminates middlemen, offering you direct access to HRT treatments at significant savings.

Can I transfer an existing prescription to The HRT Club™?

Once you’ve received notification that your prescription has been linked to your account, you may login and place your order. Your therapies will be delivered to your door.
IMPORTANT: We cannot accept transfer requests for controlled medications including testosterone. Please have your healthcare provider submit a prescription directly to Transition Pharmacy. If your provider already sent a prescription, you do not need to fill out the form.

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days to process your order and 1-7 business days for shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and your location.
