No. We now offer a flexible monthly membership option. With a monthly plan, you can fill a 90 day prescription, giving you the ability to start and evaluate your treatment over time. 

Hormone replacement therapy isn’t a quick fix—it may take some patients several months to notice improvements. Ongoing monitoring and adjustments with your provider are often needed to ensure your hormone levels remain properly balanced.

No. The HRT Club™ does not work with insurance companies because we want to keep HRT accessible and affordable to all. Insurance companies and PBMs often restrict treatments and increase the cost of medications to patients. We eliminate the costly middlemen to bring HRT treatments directly to you at a significant savings. 

No. We do not currently accept Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) payments, but we are working on it!

The HRT Club™ helps you take control of your hormonal health:

• We do not require insurance, so your doctor is free to prescribe what is clinically appropriate for you, without prior authorizations from your insurance.

No. The HRT Club™ does Not Prescribe Medications, However, we can help you find a qualified HRT prescriber.

We believe that everyone's hormonal needs are different.

• You and your doctor should be in control.
• Work with your doctor (or we can help you find one) to develop the HRT treatment plan that is right for you.
• We provide access to low cost, insurance-restriction-free HRT.

Not directly because we want to stay independent. We make it easy to find a provider. We’ve partnered with several telehealth providers knowledgeable in HRT who can help you get a prescription (at an extra cost). You can also use our provider locator to connect with over 2,000 local qualified prescribers, many of whom offer telehealth services. 

We only offer products that have been approved by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA). To receive FDA approval, drug manufacturers must provide extensive evidence that their product is safe and effective. 

For men, lab tests are required for testosterone prescriptions. For women, your healthcare provider will determine if lab tests are needed on a case-by-case basis. 

We offer a variety of estradiol, progesterone, and testosterone products in pill, patch, gel, injectable, and cream forms. If you have a prescription for a product you don't see listed, contact us at info@thehrtclub.com and let us know what you are looking for. We are always adding to our treatments so it may be coming soon!

Step 1: You will be notified when you are eligible for a refill. 

Step 2: Log in to your HRT Club account. Select your dashboard and click "Manage Prescriptions." You can then add your prescriptions to your cart and follow the checkout instructions.

Step 3: We ship your prescription(s) directly to you. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and 2-7 business days for shipping depending on the shipping method chosen.

Yes! Most treatments are eligible for automatic refills. Simply check this option when ordering your next prescription. You will be notified 7 days before your prescription is ready to be filled so you can adjust it if necessary. However, controlled substances such as testosterone, cannot be automatically refilled.

Yes. You will receive a notification when you have a new prescription available or are eligible for a refill. Simply login to your account at The HRT Club™ to order your prescriptions.

No. We only offer bioidentical, FDA-approved hormone treatments that require a prescription from your healthcare provider.

Yes. You can opt in to receive text messages in your member account so you can stay up to date on your prescription status!

Yes. You can cancel your membership anytime. However, no refunds or early cancellations will be granted. Contact our Membership Manager at info@thehrtclub.com or 844-HRT-CLUB (844-478-2582) to change to your membership status.

Monthly membership cancellations will be effective the following month. Annual membership cancellations will be effective on the anniversary date of your membership. You may continue to use The HRT Club™ while your membership is still active.

We cannot accept returns of pharmaceutical medications. If there is an issue with your order, contact us at info@thehrtclub.com.
