Cyrille brings over 20 years of experience from Merck, Organon, Johnson & Johnson, and Besins Healthcare USA, where he also serves as Managing Director & CEO. Having seen firsthand the challenges patients face — limited expertise, high costs, and fragmented care — he set out to build a better system.

Lauren Darisse is the General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer of The HRT Club, where she built the legal and operational infrastructure from the ground up, turning a vision for accessible, insurance-free hormone therapy into a compliant, high-trust platform now serving thousands nationwide. She brings more than a decade of battle-tested healthcare legal and compliance leadership across digital health companies including The Pill Club, One Medical, and Iora Health, where she navigated some of the most complex transactions and restructurings in the space. Lauren is on a mission to build the systems that make the next generation of healthcare companies not just successful, but unstoppable.

Ryan McMillian is a strategic finance leader and advisor dedicated to helping biotech and healthcare companies reach their full potential. As a fractional CFO of The HRT Club, he partners with founders and executive teams to build financial infrastructure, shape investor narratives, and lead fundraising efforts that turn scientific vision into commercial reality.

Ryan brings over 15 years of experience working with venture-backed healthcare and biotech companies, supporting financings totaling more than $300M in equity and non-dilutive capital. He has held senior finance roles at Wellinks, where he helped close a $25M Series C, and Alexion Pharmaceuticals, where he led financial strategy across a $2B U.S. commercial business. Having worked closely with founders and scientists navigating growth and fundraising, he understands the financial challenges that can slow innovation — and has dedicated his career to building the systems and strategies to overcome them.

Alice Eweida is a healthcare marketing executive focused on expanding access to hormonal health. As VP of Marketing at The HRT Club, she leads growth and patient engagement strategies, building digital health platforms that connect patients with expert, transparent care.

Alice brings deep experience at the intersection of health, technology, and consumer behavior, having scaled patient communities across telemedicine, nutrition, diabetes, and substance use care in high-growth companies. Prior to The HRT Club, she served as CEO of Pandia Health, a telemedicine and pharmacy platform for women’s hormonal health, and held marketing leadership roles at Boulder Care, DayTwo, and FoodSmart. Earlier in her career, she spent four years at Google as part of the launch team for Google Home, and held marketing roles at Sky and Vodafone.

Domenick Tiziano is a healthcare marketing leader dedicated to expanding access to hormone therapy. As Head of Growth at The HRT Club, he leads the company’s growth strategy, driving patient acquisition and building scalable marketing engines across both consumer and provider channels.

Domenick brings over 15 years of experience across consumer health and pharmaceutical brands, including Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, and Biocodex USA. He has played a key role in scaling category-leading women’s health brands such as Monistat and Summer’s Eve, combining deep expertise in DTC marketing, HCP engagement, and brand building. Having spent his career growing both emerging and established healthcare platforms, he is focused on making hormone care more accessible, affordable, and patient-centered.

Andrea Caamano, MD is a physician and clinical leader dedicated to elevating the standard of hormone care. As Head of Medical & Member Services at The HRT Club, she leads member experience, drives medical strategy, and oversees education to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience across the platform.

Andrea brings extensive training in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, and Metabolism, combining deep clinical expertise with a refined, concierge-level approach to care. Having seen firsthand the stigma, confusion, and barriers surrounding hormone therapy, she is committed to making care more accessible, understandable, and empowering.

Yasmeen Shtayyeh is a product leader dedicated to making hormone therapy more accessible through intuitive, patient-centered technology. As Head of Product at The HRT Club, she leads the development of secure platforms that help members seamlessly access HRT and find relief throughout their journey.

With a background at the intersection of technology and healthcare, Yasmeen focuses on bridging the gap between symptoms and underlying hormonal patterns. She is driven by a commitment to building tools that bring clarity to complex experiences and empower patients to take control of their care.

Jessly Raj is Head of Pharmacy Operations & Manufacturer Partnerships at The HRT Club, where she leads pharmacy operations and manufacturing partnerships to deliver safe, reliable hormone therapy. She brings over 20 years of experience across Ascend Therapeutics and global specialty pharmaceutical organizations, spanning commercial leadership, market access, and strategic partnerships in women’s and men’s health. Having worked at the intersection of manufacturing, pharmacy, and patient access—and played a key role in building and scaling The HRT Club platform—she is focused on creating scalable, high-quality infrastructure that makes hormone therapy more accessible, consistent, and patient-centered.

Windy Rosenthal is the National Sales Director of a team of individuals that are passionate about partnering with providers to help their patients achieve long-lasting hormonal health. With a 25+ year background in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, she understands the value of quality patient care. Richard Jones is Global Medical Affairs Director at Besins Healthcare, specialising in hormone health with over 20 years of experience. His work focuses on advancing hormone therapies, driving innovation, and addressing the evolving needs of both patients and healthcare professionals.

Dr. Whelihan is a board-certified OB/GYN who has practiced in Palm Beach County, FL since 1997. She graduated Alpha Omega Alpha from the University of South Florida College of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Florida – Shands Jacksonville. She practices gynecology in West Palm Beach and is a founding partner in the Center for Sexual Health and Education which is based in West Palm Beach. She is the Compliance Chair for Florida Woman Care and sits on the Clinical Governance Board. She is a Past President of the Palm Beach County Medical Society, and the Past President of the Florida OBGYN Society. She is clinical preceptor for South University PA program and APRN program.
