To make The HRT Club better for our members, we’ve made a few changes that we hope will provide an easier, more valuable experience and enhance security to keep your data safe and secure. Below are some quick answers to questions you might have about your new HRT Club experience.

Why do you need my payment information again?

We’ve moved to a new payment service for enhanced security. To protect our members’ payment information, we cannot provide it to the new payment service on your behalf. You must input your payment information again to keep it secure. THERE WILL BE NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

Will I be charged again?

No. There will be no additional charges.

If you are currently a monthly subscriber, you will continue to be charged at your current monthly rate until the one-year anniversary of your original monthly subscription plan. On your subscription renewal date, you will be automatically converted to the new annual plan.

If you are currently an annual plan member, you will not be charged until your annual subscription is over. On your subscription renewal date, you will be automatically converted to the new annual plan.

Can I reuse my current password?

We recommend you choose a new password to ensure your information is secure.

I'm a monthly member. Will my membership still renew each month?

Yes, but only until you reach your original one-year membership anniversary. After that, you will be automatically converted to the new annual plan. For example, if you signed up on May 1, 2024, then you will continue to be charged the same monthly rate until your membership expires on April 30, 2025. Then you will be automatically converted to the new annual plan. This means no more monthly subscriptions to worry about, just one easy annual payment for year-round access to exclusive HRT Club resources and benefits.

What membership options are going away?

The only membership option we have removed at this time is our Care Membership option which offers telehealth. Knowing how important physician-patient relationships are, especially when hormone therapy treatments are involved, we opted to remove our telehealth offering and just have members’ healthcare providers submit prescription orders to The HRT Club directly. All you have to worry about is logging in, paying for your prescription, and waiting for its arrival to your home.

How do I pay for my membership?

You’ll now pay for your membership via the secure online payment service, Stripe, which will make it more secure and faster to submit and process subscription payments. We value our members’ security and privacy, and with today’s cybersecurity risks in mind, we wanted to work with a vendor who will ensure your private information and data are protected.

Can I still access The HRT Club savings?

Yes! Our goal remains to provide more affordable access to the products and services you love, want, and need to live your best life. With the new HRT Club, members will continue to have exclusive access to special deals, discounts, and savings of up to 90% when compared to other providers.

Do I have to make a new login?

You won’t need to make a new login, but with our enhanced HRT Club experience we do need users to reset their password and re-enter payment information. This is a one-time ask, but a necessity to ensure your HRT Club experience remains as secure as possible.

You’ll also be asked to review your current patient profile information and confirm everything looks accurate before getting started with your new HRT Club experience.

Why did you make changes to The HRT Club?

Our new HRT Club was built with you in mind, using direct member feedback to create a more valuable experience. It’s our simple way of saying thank you and working hard to stay true to our mission to make hormone therapies easier to access and afford. Our mission is still to bring together manufacturers and healthcare professionals to make hormone replacement therapy products easier to access and at the best possible prices.
