How much does The HRT Club cost?
The Pharmacy Membership is $99.00 for a full year. Product costs are not included. Pharmacy members also pay a flat rate of $10 for shipping per order. The HRT Club offers direct from manufacturer pricing.
Do I have to sign up for a whole year?
Yes. Hormone replacement therapy isn’t a quick fix. Most patients start to notice improvements after about a month, but sometimes it takes longer. After that it takes some additional monitoring to make sure your hormone levels stay at an optimal balance.
Do you accept insurance or payment from a Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)?
We do not accept health insurance. At this time, we do not accept payments from either an HSA or FSA account. We will notify our members if this changes.
What are the benefits of The HRT Club versus my regular healthcare provider and pharmacy?
The HRT Club focuses exclusively on hormone replacement therapies. This allows us to provide very specific expertise and our therapies at a substantial cost savings. Our members will typically save 50-90% off the retail price listed on popular prescription drug discount programs and our prices are often less than insurance co-pays.
How does my Doctor send my prescription?

Is it possible to transfer my current prescription to The HRT Club?
Absolutely! To transfer your existing prescription to The HRT Club, simply follow these steps:
First, sign up for a membership to The HRT Club. Click on the “Join the Club” button at the top right of the screen and create an account on the next page. You will then be prompted to make a payment to complete your membership.
Next, you will need to reach out to our partner Transition Pharmacy directly at 833-432-0767 and ask them to transfer your existing prescription to your account at The HRT Club.
Finally, once you’ve completed those steps and the prescription is ready to be filled, you will log back into your HRT Club account and place the prescription in your cart for checkout.
That’s it! You will now have access to your HRT medications at direct-from-manufacturer prices!
Is there an automatic refill option?
Not at this time. You have to login and request a refill after you receive a notification.
Will I receive a text when a refill is ready? Or is it email only?
Currently, we can only notify you via email. Be sure to check your spam folder.
Do I have to log back in to my account to add the refill to my cart and checkout?
Yes. We are working on an automated refill option.
Are your products safe?
We only offer products that have been approved by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA). To receive FDA approval, drug companies must provide extensive evidence that their product is safe and effective.
What if I don’t see the therapy that I’m currently using?
We offer a variety of estradiol, progesterone, and testosterone products in pill, patch, gel, and cream forms. If you have a prescription for a product you don’t see listed, please contact your healthcare provider.
How often do I have to follow up with a healthcare provider?
Follow-up visits are scheduled individually based on your needs.
Are lab tests required?
For men, lab tests are required for testosterone prescriptions. For women, your healthcare provider will determine if lab tests are needed on a case-by-case basis.
Do you sell hormones without a prescription?
No. We are focused exclusively on prescription hormone replacement therapies. Our products require a prescription from your healthcare provider or a virtual consultation with a healthcare provider.
Do you offer gender-affirming care?
We offer a variety of hormone replacement therapies. Speak with your healthcare provider to see if the treatments we offer are right for you.
Can I cancel my membership?
A 12-month commitment is required to join The HRT Club. If your healthcare provider determines that our therapies are not appropriate for you, please contact our Membership Manager regarding changes to your membership. Can I stop receiving marketing messages from The HRT Club?
If you later decide that you do not want to receive certain future marketing communications electronically, please send us an email at info@thehrtclub.com. You may also opt out of certain electronic communications through “my membership” page or by following the unsubscribe instructions in any communication you receive from The HRT Club. Your withdrawal of consent will be effective within 3-5 days after we receive your withdrawal notice described above.
Can I return products?
