Step 2: Login and Create Your Pharmacy Profile
- Login to your HRT Account
- Click on “View Prescriptions” or “Transfer Prescriptions”
- Complete your profile with The HRT Club’s virtual pharmacy. Be sure your profile matches your prescription so it’s ready without delay!
Step 3: Send Us Your Prescriptions
There are 3 ways to send us your prescription.
1) Have a new prescription? Have your doctor send us a prescription. eScribe to:

2) Already have a prescription? Select “Transfer your Prescriptions” from the Member Hub to have your prescription sent to The HRT Club Pharmacy. Learn how to Transfer Your Prescription.
3) Need a prescription? We can help! Find a Prescriber for a new prescription
Step 4: Purchase Your Prescription
- It may take 1-4 business days for your prescription to appear in your pharmacy profile. You can check your prescription status and expected ready date by signing in and viewing ”In Transfer”
- You’ll be notified when your prescription is ready. Sign in to view your medication. For controlled medications, you will be prompted to verify your identification before checkout.
- Add your prescription to cart and order! Select the “Enable Auto-Refill” option to receive your prescriptions automatically. You can cancel any time.
