How much does The HRT Club cost?

Our annual membership fee is $99.00. Product costs start at $10 per unit. Free shipping is included on orders of $50 or more, otherwise shipping starts at $10 per order.

Do I have to sign up for a whole year?

Yes. Hormone replacement therapy isn’t a quick fix. Most patients start to notice improvements after about a month, but sometimes it takes longer. After that it takes some additional monitoring to make sure your hormone levels stay at an optimal balance.

Do you accept insurance?

No. The HRT Club does not work with insurance companies because we want to keep HRT accessible to all. Insurance companies and PBMs often restrict treatments and increase the cost of medications to patients. We eliminate the costly middlemen to bring HRT treatments directly to you at a significant savings.

Do you accept payment from a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)?

No. We do not currently accept Health Saving Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) but we are working on it!

What are the benefits of The HRT Club versus my regular healthcare provider and pharmacy?

The HRT Club helps you take control of your hormonal healthcare:
• You work directly with a knowledgeable HRT prescriber to build a care plan made just for you.
• Work with your own doctor or choose from our network of qualified professionals.
• We do not require insurance, so your doctor is free to prescribe what is clinically appropriate for you, without prior authorizations from your insurance.
• We eliminate the insurance industry middlemen and pass the savings on to you, often up to 90% on branded medications.

Is it possible to transfer my current prescription to The HRT Club?

Absolutely! To transfer your existing prescription to The HRT Club, simply follow these steps:

Step 1: Sign Up for The HRT Club
Sign up for an annual membership at The HRT Club

Step 2: Create Your Pharmacy Profile
Login to your HRT Club Account
Click on “MEMBER HUB” and select “Transfer Prescriptions”
Complete your profile with The HRT Club’s virtual pharmacy.
Be sure your profile matches your prescription so it’s ready without delay!

Step 3: Transfer Your Prescription
After you complete your pharmacy profile, click “I want to transfer my existing prescription button”
Add your medications to request a prescription transfer
Fill out the questionnaire and we’ll do the rest!

Step 4: Purchase Your Prescription
You’ll be notified by email when your prescription is ready.
Sign in, add to cart and order!

Step 5: We Ship Directly to You
Free shipping on orders of $50 or more.

That’s it! You will now have access to your HRT medications at direct-from-manufacturer prices!

How Do I Refill My Prescription?

Step 1.

You will be notified when you are eligible for a refill.

Step 2.

Login to your HRT Club account

Select “VIEW PRESCRIPTIONS” and select “MEDICATIONS” to see your prescriptions. You can then add your prescriptions to your cart and follow the payment Prompts

Enable auto-refill to automatically get your refills delivered

Step 3.

We ship your prescription(s) directly to you. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and 2-7 business days for shipping depending on the shipping method chosen.

Is there an automatic refill option?

No. We do not currently offer automatic refills but we are working on it!

Will I receive a text when a refill is ready? Or is it email only?

Yes. You can opt in to receive text messages in your member account so you can stay up to date on your prescription status!

Do I have to log back in to my account to add the refill to my cart and checkout?

Yes. You will receive a notification when you have a new prescription available or are eligible for a refill.  Simply log in to your account at The HRT Club to order your prescriptions.

When will my prescriptions arrive?

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and 1-7 business days for shipping depending on the shipping method chosen.

Are your products safe?

We only offer products that have been approved by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA). To receive FDA approval, drug companies must provide extensive evidence that their product is safe and effective.

What if I don’t see the therapy that I’m currently using?

We offer a variety of estradiol, progesterone, and testosterone products in pill, patch, gel, and cream forms. If you have a prescription for a product you don’t see listed, please contact your healthcare provider.

How often do I have to follow up with a healthcare provider?

Follow-up visits are scheduled individually based on your needs.

Are lab tests required?

For men, lab tests are required for testosterone prescriptions. For women, your healthcare provider will determine if lab tests are needed on a case-by-case basis.

Do you sell hormones without a prescription?

No. We are focused exclusively on prescription hormone replacement therapies. Our products require a prescription from your healthcare provider or a virtual consultation with a healthcare provider.

Do you offer gender-affirming care?

We offer a variety of hormone replacement therapies. Speak with your healthcare provider to see if the treatments we offer are right for you.

Can I cancel my membership?

A 12-month commitment is required to join The HRT Club. If your healthcare provider determines that our therapies are not appropriate for you, please contact our Membership Manager regarding changes to your membership. Our customer support hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm EST. We can also be reached by email at info@thehrtclub.com or by phone at 844-HRT-CLUB (844-478-2582).

Can I stop receiving marketing messages from The HRT Club?

If you later decide that you do not want to receive certain future marketing communications electronically, please send us an email at info@thehrtclub.com.  You may also opt out of certain electronic communications through “my membership” page or by following the unsubscribe instructions in any communication you receive from The HRT Club.  Your withdrawal of consent will be effective within 3-5 days after we receive your withdrawal notice described above.

Can I return products?

We cannot accept returns of pharmaceutical medications. If there is an issue with your order, contact us at info@thehrtclub.com.
